We completed a comprehensive electrical rewiring and plumbing overhaul to ensure the property complied with the latest safety regulations and provided a reliable infrastructure for future use. The entire building was fitted with high-quality Altro flooring, offering both durability and style in high-traffic areas.

A new kitchen was installed, fully tailored to the needs of the space, along with modern sliding bifold doors that allowed for an abundance of natural light and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. To improve the property’s waste management, we also installed a new sewage system.

Finally, we rendered the exterior of the building to enhance its appearance and provide additional protection against the elements, followed by a fresh coat of paint to give the property a polished, professional finish.
